  Horrible employer. Don't ever work for this guy. He is dictator cum anarchist in the form of a dentist. You will never get any written offer letter, any leaves, experience certificate, or anything professional out of him. Cramped rooms with old rusty equipment. Shitty accommodation if you are ever able to negotiate.
