  This 14 storey building harbours most of the government offices of Maldives. The building was constructed by Amin Construction Pvt. Ltd, and was completed on 14th July 2010. The building was inaugurated by former president Mohamed Nasheed. The 14 storey building project costed MRf 231.3 million rufiyaa.
