  Friendly staff, happy to talk to you while you're having you're hair cut, had good understanding of cutting hair. The waiting room was clean and tidy with magazines to read if you wanted. The only downside would be the cut it's self, i explained what i was after and it came out a bit square and still to long. But this can be learnt the more times you go.
