::Fuvahmulah Airport (Dhivehi: ފުވައްމުލަކު އެއަރޕޯޓް, IATA: FVM, ICAO: VRMR) is a domestic airport located on the island of Fuvahmulah (also known as Fuvahmulaku) in Gnaviyani Atoll, Maldives. It was opened in November 2011. The airport resides at an elevation of 6 feet (2 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway which is 1,100 metres (3,609 ft) in length. Taxiway width, surface and strength is, Width: 15 M, Surface: Asphalt, Strength: PCN15/F/B/X/T Maldivian and Flyme offers scheduled passenger service. State Trading Organisation (STO) has taken over the Fuvahmulah Airport project. According to STO, work on the airport has already begun, and will most definitely be completed before the SAARC Summit, scheduled to be held in Fuvahmulah and Addu Atoll. Before STO took over, the construction was being carried out by Amin Construction. Amin Construction had also guaranteed on June that the airport would be completed before the summit. According to Platinum Capital Holdings (PCH), the airport will have a 1,220 meter long runway. When Amin Construction was handed the project on April, Aima Construction had already been working on the project from January onward. Scheduled flights commenced to the newly-built Fuvahmulah airport on 11th November 2011 after the airport operating license was granted. An Island Aviation test flight landed in the 1,200-meter runway on October 31, 2011.

::Another Maldivian domestic airdelayport. Check-in hall is too hot to be in even at night, "security" is brain-eating, like in many other small airports is tiny yet proud countries (get ready for unpacking luggage to show diving and pro photo stuff, especially if it has batteries). Also don't be surprised by 4-5 hours flight delay (what's the point to have schedule at all?); cafe is to the right from entrance, better occupy a table immediately to make waiting a bit less annoying.
