  Chili’s Cafe and Restaurunt can assure anyone theres not a better atmosphere for a coffee! Perfect view and food is decent. Recommend to go for chicken nasiguran which is hot, spicy and teasty.. staff is friendly and service is good. view is amazing. I will definitely come again and get foods whatever with good tastes
