  I bought a shoes from Bata for my wife.The quality looks parfait. The brand Farrage is a local brand according to the store manager, not a Thai brand. The sales people’s are helpful . They said if size is not match they can exchange to another size. So I can say they are customer relation very good and I recommend to go their to buy shoe for your relatives.

  New design, new items are not very frequent. But quality is best.

  Good customer support. The shop sells Bata and it's subsidiary brands. The quality is OK compared with the price. Note that your Sonee Sports reward card can be used here. They also offer 1 month warranty on all footwear for manufacturer defects.
