  We worked with TCM to book a resort for 4 nights. The agent specifically said they accept western union except western union ONLY delivers MVR cash, not USD when sending from the USA. With no advance warning, after transferring over $3500 USD from my USA bank account, the agent at TCM informed us the we owe additional $187 USD. When we asked and stated the issue with Western Union, we were told it was “100% my fault”. 😡 Extremely rude interactions. I would have sent negative review and expressed my displeasure early but we were worried TCM would cancel our reservation at the last minute and ruin our trip if we made them angry. Additionally, once we finally agreed to a discount additional fee (after much emailing and further distrustful/rude emails) the agent called our hotel in Hulhumale over 3-5 times in one evening to make sure we provide money we had already agreed to pay. I will never do business with TCM again. I felt like they only care about money money money and did not treat me respectfully as a customer who pays CASH and flies 8500+ miles to come to Maldives. Fortunately the rest of our trip was nice and the staff at Banyan Tree Resort were very polite and helpful in this matter.

  Communicated with Arun from TCM. Since beginning he's attention to what we need has been delivered very well. Our vacation were all smooth. When we arrived at Male airport, he was there to settle our domestic flight and even follow up and made call to resort to check on us. Thumbs up.

  They have been in Travel Business since 2008. Travel Center Maldives caters all the resorts in the Maldives for the discerning traveler.
