  amazing place with very bad service, breakfast ordered a day before is coming 15 minutes late with wrong order, always late with everything...

  We were greeted at the Terminal Exit by a greeter from the St. Regis holding the hotel sign on their tablet. He took our luggage and checked it in to the TMA Airline and then escorted us to the St. Regis Shuttle that is air conditioned with luxury seating and free WiFi. A 5 minute ride to the St. Regis Hotel Lounge at the TMA Seaplane Terminal was easy & quick. There we entered the lounge with check in clerks and we were served refreshments, a cool face towel and we were checked in during our wait for our seaplane departure. All-the-while enjoying free WiFi and the views of the seaplanes landing and taxing onto the terminal. Truly 5 star service and attention to detail. TIP: Bring UK adapters.
