  This company is an absolute SCAM. My husband and I made bookings through Malbeven to one of the Resorts in the Maldives and honestly, we had a great stay. Until the night before our departure, the whole experience turned into a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Malbeven FAILED to pay the Resort prior to our arrival and the hotel wanted to charge us again. However, things were not too bad yet because we managed to get in touch with the staff and they said payment will be made. It was a "technical error". Don't take this for granted and leave. Because it is a complete LIE. It has been almost a month now and they have not paid our hotel. They kept delaying the payment date, making empty promises and now, the owner of the company/CFO - Mr. NANDANA has gone missing. Apparently, we are not only victims lately.

  In fact the services exceeded my expectation. I felt I'm in safe hand with this travel agency. The representative Mr. Rasheed was available and helpful all the time. The booking and inquiries handled by Brigitte was excellent. She never ignored any question and was very welcome to attend my question. Thank you Malbeven Travel to make my holiday in Maldives very special and memorable.

  It was a great wonderful experience being connected with malbeven travel. the comfort , hospitality n services were very njoyable. visiting a place out of india for the first time needs a lot of research when it comes to itenary , accommodation, food, expenses but being connected to malbeven travels was a ease. good handled responsblities and services , definately looking forward to connect with them. Special thanks to our travel agent Miss Janice for making the arrangements on time. The bookings, services, stay, food, all arrangements exceeded our expectations. Fortunate to keep a contact with her. Great work Miss Janice..!!

  Malbeven Travel provided me excellent service right from the day i started inquiring about resorts. Janice was excellent in her work and she offered good variety of options and we are really happy that we chose them. Will definitely ask them for help again when i visit Maldives.

  Though a relatively young company, our experience with Malbeven has been great. They are a thoroughly professional company and we will surely be using their services the next time around as well!
