  Very nice view, great sunset view, MTCC speed boat ferry arrive and depart here on pier 1 . If you are arriving or departing by privately hired boats it's pier 2. This regular drop off and pick up for live aboard vessel passenger and crew too, the area has lot of activities from early morning till very late at night
