  A lovely room and everyone was very helpful with information and travel arrangements. I felt entirely comfortable and well looked after.

  "WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!" we were there only for ONE day and the list of experiences would be as follows: 1)we were promised a room while came to book the place,which was changed to another as we reached there to stay. 2)the room was extremely DIRTY!!..right from the hair all over the room to the bits and pieces of the food consumed,all was there in the dirty room!! 3)After we requested them to clean,the person in-charge of the cleaning disappeared without cleaning the room completely. 4)we requested them for a coffee as a part of the room service,which was sent to the room after an hour (in-spite of constant reminders) 5)To top it all,around mid night the toilet door got jammed!!,which the staff was so in capable to solve (no tool box or presence of mind),again they needed to be constantly reminded to fix the door as they would just disappear without fixing it and just behave like it was not a big issue! 6)As a result of the above,we had to finally switch rooms at the middle of the night as another customer checked out,again the room was extremely DIRTY!!,We requested the staff to provide us with CLEAN bed sheets at the least considering it was mid night,to which they replied that it was "only used once by the previous person and that it is clean!!" 7)after insisting on clean linen for the beds they finally tell us that they are actually out of clean bed sheets/pillow sheets etc.The new room also had lock problems in the toilet door! 8)breakfast facility was "0",they went out in front of us to actually buy milk,bread and the other amenities,again 45mins for only a bread toast,cereal and coffee 9)the staff were helpful (will not deny that),but not at all proactive. 10)Over all hotel cleanliness,maintenance and service was very poor. Finally,our over all experience was BAD,VERY BAD !

  Lovely staff, really tentative and helping. Rooms are cozy, clean, with a nice view of the beach and main street. Would recommend this place more than any other on Hulhumale Island
