  Front office staff's behavior was so disappointing & unhelpful. In Agoda website it says 4 star hotel that's why i booked for a triple room but after visiting the hotel, I found out that the hotel doesn't have an elevator for guests. we have to use staircase to go to the room, since my wife was having leg problem, she is unable to go by staircase & receptionist said, they can't help us in this case..not even money refunded.. I don't know how it is rated 4* hotel rather i would say it doesn't even deserve any stars and my request is please stop cheating with customers.. Thank you!

  Although the Front Office persons were helpful, the entire experience at this hotel is terrible...

  This is a good one night stay hotel. It is located on the main road on the island and you will get vehicle noise all night long. Quality of beach - poor. Food - poor Location - great. Very few hotels that can be reached by car. Staff - good, helpful. Comfort - AVG. Rooms are good, but vehicle noise is a let down.

  Budget Hotel with Great service and well decorated rooms. Great value for money . Just a walking distance to the sea.
