  Attention Dear All Could any one help of how could we lodge a complaint to Authorities in Maldives or maybe there is any other means of complaining about Capital travel , as they need to pay me back a refund of around 7000USD , for a booking we did with them , since we send a bank transfer they asked us to send them a credit card so they could confirm the booking till they get the bank transfer , however after they got the money , they also charged the credit card , and now they ignore our e mails and calls for about 4 Months Please advise Regards

  Just booked a trip with Capital Travel Maldives. Mr. Ahmed was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to awnser all of my questions, get us an amazing price, and alleviate our concerns with booking via third party. He's been in constant contact through the whole booking process. Not a day went by where I would not hear from him. We even traded numbers on WHATSAPP to make it easier to communicate as there is an 11 hour time differential. That was Very helpful when discussing all our options and cut down on time between communications. Bank transfer went smooth and I even got a confirmation from the resort we chose (Conrad on Rangali) confirming our dates and room category. That was very comforting. Thank you Mr. Ahmed and Capital Travel for all your work and help in turning our dream vacation into reality. I will be posting a full review of all services rendered by Capital Travel as soon as we return. So far so great!! Happy Travels ✌️😎 -Ryan H.
